MW05 does this with every controller. The only way to fix it is to download and install both the 1.3 patch, and the community wide screen fix. Controller support is vastly improved after adding those. Problem solved. Widescreen fix and 1.3 patch. Alongside updating DS4Windows worked. Thanks for the help guys.

Again, try out Heat. It's like 90% of the way to MW 2005, ignoring story. The big difference in chases is that there are durability bars, which IMO is actually a good thing. It actually keeps me on-edge since cops are always a threat (even garbage ones), and rhinos take out like half your durability if they land.
