Haveany of you guys experience issues with the AMI where it is constantly stuck on the following on my Q5: "Audi Music Interface: The device is being initialized. Please Wait ". I tried resetting the AMI by holding doing the power/volume button for 10-15 sec but it ends up on the same screen after rebooting.

Eveningall. Got in the car just now and noticed that my screen didn't pop up so couldn't operate the radio etc. I'll probably take it in to the dealer but has anyone had this issue? I imagine it's a fuse that I could probably replace.

If the cooling system has been opened or drained there is a good chance you have an air lock preventing flow through the heater matrix. An internet search will show a few methods to shift the airlock, but I have not faced the problem myself so I can not say which ones work.
Theproblem is that the MMI works fine, it's very intermittent where the sound doesn't come on at all (an no the mute is not on - volume indicator works fine - just no sound) .
