I ended up spreading my crafting skills across four characters (2 each, but I don’t have a Leatherworker yet), but I’m actually debating buying the stupid license and trying to condense down my “crafter” team to 2, just so it’s easier to bounce between characters when I need things made.

Not sure about with money, but what I do to transfer items quickly between characters is put on the trading post via right click and immediately delist it.
